# TB Vehicle Drift Mode

A standalone FiveM resource that lets players enable drift handling, earn points for drifting, and view a leaderboard.

## Features

- Toggle drift mode while driving.

- Earn drift points and build combo multipliers.

- View the server leaderboard and personal best.

- Customize vehicle restrictions, handling, scoring, and HUD in `config.lua`.

- No framework or database required.

## Installation

1. Copy the `tb_vehicle_driftmode` folder into your server's `resources` directory.

2. Add this line to your `server.cfg`:

```cfg

ensure tb_vehicle_driftmode

```

3. Restart the server or run `refresh` and `ensure tb_vehicle_driftmode` in the server console.

## Controls and commands

- Press **Left Shift** while in the driver's seat to toggle drift mode. Change the default key with `DRIFT_MODE_KEY` in `config.lua`, or rebind it in FiveM's key bindings.

- `/driftreset` resets your current drift session score.

- `/driftleaderboard` opens or closes the leaderboard.

## Configuration

Edit `config.lua` to change the allowed vehicle classes and models, drift handling, scoring, penalties, and HUD appearance. Set `RESTRICT_TO_LISTED_VEHICLES = true` to require models listed in `ALLOWED_DRIFT_VEHICLES`.
