# TB Pulling Sled
A FiveM truck-pulling challenge resource built for competitive lane pulls. Players drive an approved truck to a lane, hook it to the sled, start the pull, and try to reach the longest distance before resistance, stall, or timeout ends the run. The script tracks each laneβs best distances and shows a leaderboard UI.
## Overview
This resource includes:
- Multiple configurable pulling lanes
- Vehicle validation by model or class
- Countdown start sequence
- Progressively increasing resistance simulation while pulling
- Distance-based scoring and leaderboard tracking
- In-game HUD and leaderboard panel
- Optional database support via `oxmysql`
- Local JSON leaderboard fallback for simple setups
The main gameplay loop is:
1. Drive a valid truck near a sled lane.
2. Attach the truck to the sled.
3. Press `E` to begin the pull.
4. Keep the truck moving as resistance climbs.
5. Finish as far as possible without stalling or failing the run.
6. The best score is saved for that lane.

## Requirements
This resource is designed for a standard FiveM server using the GTA V game build. It expects:
- A working FiveM server environment
- The resource folder placed inside your serverβs `resources` folder
- A separate attachment/vehicle-tow script if you want the sled to be physically hooked automatically
- Optional: `oxmysql` for database-backed score saving
Important:
- This resource does not automatically attach the sled to the vehicle.
- The script only validates that the truck is nearby and hooked, and the sled must already be connected in the world.
- You may need a towing/attaching script or manual setup depending on your serverβs vehicle system.

## Install
1. Copy the folder named `tb_pullingsled` into your serverβs `resources` directory.
2. Add it to your server config:
```cfg
ensure tb_pullingsled
```
3. Restart the server or run the following in the server console:
```txt
refresh
ensure tb_pullingsled
```
4. If using a custom attachment system, ensure the sled is spawned and correctly set up before players try to start pulls.
